All of the jewelry is subject to prior sale and will not/cannot be reproduced; we keep the website current, so if an item appears here and is not marked "SOLD" or "HOLDING", it is available for purchase. If you choose to pay us directly with a credit card, an invoice and our phone number will be emailed to you; you can then call us and complete the transaction by phone. We obtain from you only the information required by our credit card processor, ProPay, and the information is stored securely in our safe-deposit box only as long as is required by ProPay. Besides to pay for your purchase, the only other occasion on which your information will be accessed and reviewed is in the case of a refund/charge-back of your purchase from Jackalope Jewels®. Your information is not shared with anyone except ProPay.

Shipping: We prefer to ship USPS Priority Mail within the U.S. and will add the current rate for this service to your order total; we will cover insurance cost for full retail value of the merchandise. International shipping is also available at actual cost.

Presentation: All of our jewelry is presented to you in an attractive gift box stamped with a Jackalope Jewels® logo. A materials card, a warranty/guarantee card, and a complementary polishing pad are included. A sterling, gold-fill, brass, or copper custom logo tag is attached to every necklace clasp. An anti-tarnish tab is included in the presentation box to help keep the metals tarnish-free.

Warranty: Any of Jackalope Jewels' jewelry that is found to be unsatisfactory in any way may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price (and it would be nice if you'd let us know what you didn't like about the piece). Returns must be initiated via email request for authorization within 7 days of buyer's receipt of the jewelry, the buyer must pay the return postage, including insurance for the full purchase price of the piece/s, and the returned jewelry must be in the same condition as it was when the buyer received it.

With the exception noted below, any piece of Jackalope Jewels' jewelry that breaks during my functional lifetime (i.e. while I can use my eyes and hands effectively), will be repaired at my own cost if all or most of the components are returned to me (many of the components I use are one-of-a-kind, so exact replication cannot be guaranteed if any original component is not returned). Our jewelry is made as sturdy as possible, but there are inevitable weaknesses in all material objects.

Silver-framed: due to the intensive effort required to fabricate the fine silver frames used in these pendants, repairs (e.g. broken glass) will entail a charge for labor at $10 an hour.

Hand-painted porcelain: cannot be repaired or replaced.

These pendants are somewhat fragile; please handle with care!
